Take breaks
Uh oh. You’ve been doing too much, and now it’s time to take a break.
Take a break from coffee. Having coffee everyday will leave you exhausted and nervous. So drink tea, or better yet water for a few days, and catch up on sleep. You’ll feel better.
Take a break from social media. It is a lot of information for our brains to process when we are scrolling through social media. It can become noisy in our heads. So quiet your mind by walking or reading.
Taking breaks is essential for our wellbeing. Remember to take breaks.
