Rules & Reminders
- Cameras OFF. These are voice-only meetings, except for the host screensharing slides. This not only improves user safety on the internet, but also benefits interaction between people.
- OK to drop in or out. This means that you can attend meetings whenever you decide to. That can be always, or sometimes, or just one time.
- Report harassment to the host. You can do this via direct chat in Zoom. Also, during breakout, you may return to the main room if you want. It is recommended that you do not share personal information with strangers.
- The host collects some data. If you agree to share your country and province of origin, then that information is recorded. Also, during breakout sessions, it is recorded which participants are in each group.
