There’s a turkey and cheese sandwich in my backpack today. Preparing lunch in the morning was a smart choice for a couple reasons.
When I got hungry later in the day, I didn’t need to buy food outside. That saves me some money.
Also, the turkey sandwich didn’t upset my stomach like the fast food does. The sandwich was a lot better for my stomach.
