But the chickens we know today are much different from the original chicken 2000 years ago.  Today’s chickens are heavier and produce more meat.

Today’s farmer is also more productive.  How much food can one person produce?  People today have many different jobs other than farming, and the farmers feed all of them.

Chickens are a big part of human history.  We are a big part of chicken history.  Nothing is the same since we met.
